Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Soared and its licensors retain all rights to our services, including our platform, technology, and content. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to use your content as necessary to provide our services.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOARED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soared harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms
